The Company is seeking a Chief Project Officer (CPO) to lead its Project Management Office and ensure the successful execution of all customer and R&D projects.

The CPO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for maintaining a consistent, best-in-class customer experience, and leading the PMO in proactive risk management and scalable execution.

This role is pivotal in the company's growth strategy, particularly in the integration of new teams and the harmonization of processes.

The ideal candidate will have 12-20+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IP licensing and/or analog/mixed-signal, and a proven track record in leading multi-site, international PMO or program management organizations.

Key responsibilities for the CPO include process unification, resource and capacity planning, quality and risk management, and establishing customer satisfaction metrics.

The role demands a leader with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, who is adept at operating in an international, multi-site environment.

The CPO will be expected to build and coach a high-performing team, share relevant KPIs, and act as a strong partner within the executive team.

Experience in post-merger integrations and a background in designing and implementing structured product development processes are essential.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with French language skills being a plus, and must be prepared to drive the transformation of the PMO into a project leadership function.
