  • Ensure daily monitoring of schedule, quality, and health and safety on the sites.
  • Conduct post-installation inspections, document work, and produce site reports.
  • Resolve technical issues, manage cost overruns related to errors, evaluate subcontractor performance, and contribute to optimizing methods and processes.

  • Master the reading of complex plans and technical specifications, including understanding the Building Code.
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of wood construction and building structure.
  • Apply solid practices in quality control, schedule preparation and monitoring, and site health and safety.
  • Proficiently use the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exhibit field leadership, rigor, and a strong sense of organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act with initiative, autonomy, and teamwork, with a proven ability to prioritize and solve problems.

Conditions — work environment, schedule, travel, and benefits

  • Enjoy four weeks of vacation, as well as year-round job stability and social involvement activities.
