Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP PP/MM/PS/PPDS Lead to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT project delivery and 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing ERP solutions, and be knowledgeable in at least one of the following SAP modules: SAP PP (Production Planning) - Plan to Stock/Schedule (BOMS, Routings), SAP MM (Material Management) - Material Master, or SAP PS (Project Systems) / PPDS (Project Scheduling, Detailed Scheduling). This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition, implementation, and evolution of manufacturing solutions, ensuring roadmap alignment, process standardization, simplification, and integration.
- Collaborate with our client analysts, system integrators, architects, and Enterprise Architecture teams to gather requirements, guide solution design, and support team members.
- Act as the primary interface between our client and business stakeholders, supporting day to day relationships and representing our client for assigned solutions and services.
- Support the enterprise-wide deployment of SAP S/4HANA, including the transition from the legacy SAP ECC platform.
- Translate business needs into complete functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with our client’s strategy and quality standards.
- Initiate and support projects, including effort estimation and coordination with our client departments and external partners.
- Promote standardization, integration, and innovation across manufacturing solutions.
- Review and approve solution design documentation, including Solution Design Packages.
- Engage stakeholders, understanding interests and motivations to build support for change management initiatives.
- Configuration experience is NOT mandatory but a nice to have.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
