Position Description
Reporting to Finance leadership, the Senior Manager, Treasury is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the organization's treasury activities. This includes liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, banking relationship administration, and support for activities related to financial risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Liquidity Management and Cash Flow Forecasting
- Monitor daily liquidity, bank balances, and short-term financing needs.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor working capital movements and flag any significant risks or variances.
- Support liquidity transfers and financing between the organization's various entities.
Banking and Treasury Operations
- Administer bank accounts, signing authorities, mandates, and access to banking platforms.
- Act as the main point of contact with financial institutions for day-to-day operations.·Analyze bank fees, investigate discrepancies, and propose optimization opportunities.
- Monitor banking documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Financial Risk Management
- Monitor exposure to foreign exchange and interest rate fluctuations.
- Execute hedging transactions in accordance with established policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and controls.
Reporting, Controls, and Compliance
- Prepare treasury reports for management, including liquidity, debt, risk indicators, and related items.
- Participate in internal and external audits as well as compliance activities.
- Maintain up-to-date treasury documentation, policies, and procedures.
Continuous Improvement
- Administer treasury management systems (TMS), banking platforms, and reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen internal controls.
- Participate in system implementation, enhancement, or optimization projects.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the accounting, FP&A, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and legal teams.
- Act as a treasury subject matter expert and support the development of team members as needed.

Skills and qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, liquidity management, or corporate finance.
- Excellent understanding of treasury management, liquidity forecasting, banking operations, and treasury controls.
- Experience working with multiple financial institutions and strong knowledge of various financial instruments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial analysis skills.
