Le consultant en engagement soutient les Ventes dans l'acquisition, la fidélisation et la croissance de la clientèle grâce à l'analyse des données clients, à l'évaluation des besoins d'affaires, à la conception de solutions et à la coordination interfonctionnelle de leur mise en œuvre afin d'assurer l'intégration réussie des clients au réseau de Purolator.

The Engagement Consultant supports Sales in customer acquisition, retention, and growth by leading customer analysis, requirements assessment, solution design, and cross‑functional implementation to ensure successful onboarding into the Purolator network.

Responsabilités

Transportation

Provide integrated distribution solutions across Courier, Freight, Parcel, LTL, and Logistics by applying industry best practices and a holistic approach that considers operational, technological, administrative, and business requirements, ensuring alignment with Purolator’s network and capabilities.

Project Management

Gather and document customer requirements, validate operational feasibility, and lead onboarding projects through effective planning, resource coordination, risk management, and operational impact assessment to ensure successful integration into the Purolator network.

Prepare and deliver implementation updates, stakeholder briefings, customer communications, and project status reports throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

External Clients

Support Sales during business reviews by analyzing customer operations, interpreting complex profiles to identify requirements, mapping end‑to‑end lifecycles, and identifying opportunities for practical logistics solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Internal Clients

Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, navigating negotiation, interpretation, and resolution of complex issues. Facilitate discussions and drive consensus across groups to evaluate and implement logistics solutions and ensure alignment and accountability.

Reporting & Analysis

Produce implementation summaries, project metrics, customer analyses, and executive updates to support decision‑making, operational readiness, and successful customer integration.

Performance Measurements

Key performance indicators include successful onboarding, Speed to Revenue, implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with cross-functional teams, operations, and/or project management.
  • Excellent understanding of business and financial environments, with strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively managing competing priorities, evolving customer needs, and critical project timelines.
  • Experience in courier, logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain environments is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in continuous process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, databases and spreadsheets, Visio, and TMS/WMS systems.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to support analysis, communication, project management, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer and operational data, identify opportunities and risks, and make sound decisions to support successful implementations.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization within a team setting.
  • Strong political awareness, negotiation, diplomacy, and organizational influence skills, with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across diverse groups.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente.

  • Capacité démontrée à diriger plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement dynamique et rapide, tout en gérant efficacement les priorités concurrentes, les besoins clients évolutifs et les échéanciers de projet critiques.
  • Expérience dans les environnements de messagerie, de logistique, de transport, de distribution ou de chaîne d'approvisionnement, fortement souhaitée.
  • Leadership démontré dans les initiatives d'amélioration continue des processus et d'augmentation de la productivité.
  • Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Solide connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, de Microsoft Project, des bases de données et tableurs, de Visio et des systèmes TMS/WMS.
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils alimentés par l'IA pour soutenir l'analyse, la communication, la gestion de projet et l'amélioration des processus.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité d'analyser les données clients et opérationnelles, d'identifier les occasions et les risques, et de prendre de bonnes décisions pour soutenir des mises en œuvre réussies.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation dans un environnement d'équipe.
  • Solide sens politique, compétences en négociation, diplomatie et influence organisationnelle, avec une forte orientation service à la clientèle et la capacité de naviguer dans des environnements complexes de parties prenantes et de favoriser l'alignement entre des groupes diversifiés.
