Our Quebec based client is seeking an experienced bilingual Project Control Officer (PCO) Analyst to join their project on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, portfolio management, or IT project coordination preferably within a PCO or PMO setting along with proven expertise in budget oversight and project financial control. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2 to 3 days per week.
Responsabilités clés
- Support an internal Project Manager (PM).
- Produce and maintain dashboards, performance indicators and reports for management.
- Analyze organizational capacity, workloads and priorities to support decision-making.
- Ensure the follow-up of project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Consolidate information from the various projects and produce an integrated view of their progress.
- Identify variances in budget, schedule or capacity and make recommendations.
- Maintain registers of risks, issues, decisions and actions.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project or equivalent).
- Experience in an SAP S/4HANA environment is an asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in administration, information technology, information systems, finance or related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
