Position Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own defined areas of go-to-market strategy and execution for Informed Design. You’ll translate product and business priorities into clear messaging, launch plans, enablement, customer education, and adoption programs.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be expected to shape messaging and go-to-market plans while also creating the assets needed to bring them to life, from blogs, webinars, and video scripts to demo narratives, customer stories, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.

You’ll work closely with Product, Adoption, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to translate complex workflows into clear customer value. As part of Autodesk’s Incubation organization, Informed Design operates in a fast-evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, strong cross-functional alignment, and the ability to move from planning to execution.

Description du poste

  • Develop positioning, messaging frameworks, value narratives, and launch plans for assigned product areas. Support cross-functional alignment for quarterly releases and tiered product updates
  • Develop and manage webinars, newsletters, in-product communications, onboarding materials, and campaign assets that help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Informed Design
  • Create a high volume of customer-facing and internal assets, including messaging briefs, demo scripts, presentations, landing pages, blogs, webinars, video scripts, customer stories, enablement materials, and product narratives that translate technical workflows into clear customer value
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive signals, market trends, and usage data to inform messaging, launch priorities, adoption programs, and product direction
  • Develop practical enablement materials that help Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, and partner teams explain Informed Design, identify relevant use cases, and communicate value clearly
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across messaging, launch execution, customer education, and field readiness
  • Contribute to the strategy and preparation for Autodesk and industry events, including demo narratives, booth presence, customer-facing materials, and session content
  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to improve templates, content libraries, launch processes, and repeatable ways of working as the function scales

Qualifications minimales

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role. Experience with design, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or other technical workflow tools is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, customer-facing content, and sales enablement for technical products or complex workflows
  • Proven ability to lead product or feature launches, manage complex cross-functional projects, and drive work from planning through execution
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers, sellers, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences and tailoring messages for different personas, use cases, and stages of the customer journey
  • Comfort working with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, Marketing, and other stakeholders in complex cross-functional processes
  • Strong product and technical curiosity that translates into clear packaging, positioning, messaging, and customer education
  • Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, lifecycle metrics, customer feedback, and product usage signals to make data-driven recommendations
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflows that support research, content development, and operational efficiency is an asset
