Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Senior Sourcing Advisor to own the talent pipeline for a set of core disciplines and the critical, hard-to-fill roles within them. This is a specialist role for someone who lives in their market, knows the top talent in their disciplines by name, and is always in conversation with them well before a req ever opens.

With a deep understanding of the video game market, you will build and maintain a network of the best professionals in your disciplines, feed a steady pipeline of niche profiles and rare skillsets, and act as the market expert your Talent Acquisition Business Partners rely on.

In this role you will :

  • Own sourcing for one or more disciplines end to end, going deep on the specialized and hard-to-fill roles within them
  • Stay constantly in the market, reaching out, building connections, and having real conversations with the top talent in your disciplines so you know who's out there, who's moving, and who to call the moment a critical role opens
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners, translating their hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies and building structured pipelines for both current openings and where the disciplines are heading next
  • Hunt down niche profiles and rare skillsets at volume, mapping the specialists, competitors, studios, and communities where that talent lives
  • Build long-term relationships with passive candidates so that when the right role comes up, the conversation is already warm and Behaviour has the advantage
  • Design and run sourcing strategies that attract the best people in each discipline while keeping the candidate experience high-touch from the first message
  • Build talent maps that give the Business Partners and hiring managers a clear read on the market, the depth of talent available, and where the gaps are
  • Stay sharp on sourcing tools and techniques and bring that expertise back to the recruitment team

Exigences

What we're looking for :

  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools
  • A track record of building proactive pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill roles
  • A go-getter who is happiest in the market, reaching out and building relationships rather than waiting on inbound
  • The ability to use data to shape mid-to-long-term sourcing strategy
  • Comfort going deep in specific disciplines and becoming the go-to expert on their talent market
  • The drive to own initiatives and push them through
