We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Project in a complex, highly regulated, and matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Data & Analytics, transformation programs, and stakeholder management, with excellent communication skills in French.
Principales responsabilités
Lead project planning, execution, governance, and delivery for the project.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, Security, Operations, and Vendors.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, capacity planning, and reporting.
Facilitate business workshops, gather and structure requirements, and translate decisions into actionable deliverables.
Prepare governance documentation, committee materials, and executive status reports.
Drive collaboration and ensure successful delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Compétences et expérience requises
5 10 years of Project Management experience in Data & Analytics.
Experience delivering projects in financial services, digital transformation, or large-scale enterprise programs.
Strong expertise in project governance, planning, risk management, reporting, and PMO best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
French language proficiency is mandatory.
Qualifications préférées
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) or 360 Customer View initiatives.
Experience working in complex, regulated enterprise environments.
