Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm US EST Monday to Friday

LONDONTOWN is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support our growing retention and lifecycle marketing efforts across email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, B2B, and international markets. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of marketing, operations, and AI.

Campaign Operations & QA

  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and launch readiness across teams
  • Support campaign planning and execution across email and SMS
  • QA email and SMS for accuracy and consistency
  • Review links, personalization, segmentation, and mobile experiences
  • Assist with campaign setup, segmentation, and deployment

Lifecycle Marketing & Reporting

  • Support loyalty, subscription, and B2B lifecycle initiatives
  • Assist with reporting, campaign analysis, and performance tracking
  • Support testing, optimization, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in Email, SMS, Loyalty, and/or Lifecycle marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

Preferred

  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar marketing platforms
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • French fluency strongly preferred
