Senior Digital Enablement Consultant 3-Month Contract | Hybrid (Montreal) Are you passionate about helping organizations embrace new technologies and transform the way people work? We're partnering with a well-established Canadian organization seeking a Senior Digital Enablement Consultant to lead digital adoption initiatives focused on Microsoft 365, AI technologies, and workplace transformation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and people—guiding business teams through change, designing engaging learning experiences, and driving the successful adoption of digital solutions.

Ce que vous ferez

You'll work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and end users to ensure new digital tools are successfully adopted and deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading digital adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and other workplace technologies.
  • Designing learning programs, training pathways, and enablement resources that support long-term user success.
  • Facilitating discovery workshops to identify business challenges, automation opportunities, and AI use cases.
  • Developing communication plans, training materials, job aids, FAQs, and engagement campaigns.
  • Building and supporting Communities of Practice and champion networks that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Managing learning platforms, certification tracking, and reporting.
  • Measuring adoption through KPIs, engagement metrics, and user feedback while providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to support enterprise transformation initiatives.

Ce que nous recherchons

We're seeking a consultant who combines strong organizational change management expertise with experience leading enterprise technology adoption. You'll ideally have:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, organizational change management, learning enablement, or business transformation.
  • Experience leading Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Digital Workplace, or AI adoption initiatives.
  • Strong background designing enterprise learning programs and training curriculums.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Experience developing adoption metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working across technology, operations, HR, and business functions.
  • Fluency in both English and French.

Atouts

Nice to Have Experience with any of the following would be considered an asset:

  • Manufacturing or multi-site organizations.
  • Communities of Practice or champion programs.
  • SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Learning Management Systems such as Litmos or Moodle.

Rémunération

Compensation: $60-$65/hr
