CGI is looking for a Functional Analyst specializing in SAP SuccessFactors to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise Human Resources solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with HR business teams, technical teams, architects, and integration specialists to analyze business requirements, configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, and deliver scalable, high-quality HR solutions that support digital transformation initiatives.

Vos futures responsabilités

  • Act as the functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors within HR transformation projects.
  • Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Configure and optimize one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules according to business needs and SAP best practices.
  • Design functional solutions and ensure seamless integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, HR stakeholders, and integration teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare functional specifications and support technical feasibility analysis.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute functional testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Investigate functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Support production deployments and post-implementation activities.
  • Provide functional support and guidance to business users.
  • Produce and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, process flows, and user guides.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process optimization opportunities.
  • Work within Agile delivery teams and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution delivery.

Exigences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst working with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Hands-on experience configuring one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and digital HR transformation.
  • Experience participating in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
