We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a dynamic organization by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of HR activities while contributing to employee experience,pliance, recruitment, and organizational initiatives.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute HR reports, organizational charts, and workforce analytics.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and programs.
  • Support leave administration and return-to-work processes.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and monitorpliance requirements.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and HRmunications.
  • Support Health & Safety programs and Joint Health & Safetymittee activities.
  • Assist with departmental projects, presentations, reporting, and general HR administration.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, andpliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational,munication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now is considered an asset).
  • Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to travel between locations when required.
