Description du poste
As a key member of the team, you will contribute to daily account reconciliations, advisor commission processing, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the FIN/OPS and Operations teams while participating in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Responsabilités
Comptes en fiducie
- Perform daily bank and trust account reconciliations.
- Prepare bank deposits and transfers between trust and corporate accounts.
- Monitor and resolve outstanding items.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Commissions
- Process advisor commissions, payments, and adjustments.
- Import and reconcile commission files.
- Respond to advisor inquiries regarding commissions.
- Assist with the preparation of T4A tax slips.
Collaboration et amélioration continue
- Collaborate with various internal teams and business partners.
- Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team.
Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir
- College Diploma in Accounting or Finance, completed or in progress (an asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of trust accounts, as well as the financial and banking sectors.
- Knowledge of AI and a willingness to explore and implement new technologies.
- Bilingualism to respond to advisors' inquiries and collaborate effectively with internal teams and partners.
