Reporting to the Director of Investment Projects North America, you are responsible for coordinating, structuring, and ensuring the quality of information and processes related to investment projects across our North American operations.
You contribute directly to the effectiveness of project governance by ensuring data reliability, document compliance, and seamless communication among stakeholders.
Principales responsabilités
- Coordinate investment project processes and documentation
Ensure all project documentation is updated, accurate, and compliant with Alcoa standards. - Support project governance and approval processes
Coordinate information flow across stakeholders, organize meetings, and structure materials required for decision-making. - Manage collaboration tools and platforms
Maintain and optimize tools (e.g., SharePoint, GCMS) to ensure structured and efficient access to information. - Support project data production and consolidation
Collect, analyze, and structure data required for project tracking and performance reporting. - Contribute to communication and performance tracking
Prepare presentations and reports (e.g., monthly updates) to provide clear visibilityinto project progress. - Provide structured administrative support to the project team
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting documents while continuously improving processes and work tools.
Ce que vous apportez au poste
- College diploma (DEC) in office administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative coordination or supporting project management teams in a heavy industrial environment;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with document management tools;
- Experience in document control, data tracking, and improvement of project management tools;
- Ability to write and communicate clearly in both French and English in a professional environment, including interactions with U.S.-based plants, employees, and suppliers;
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy, service orientation, and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
