En tant que Commis.se service à la clientèle vous serez responsable de traiter les retours et garanties au centre de distribution.
Il s’agit d’un poste régulier à temps-plein situé à Longueuil.

Vos responsabilités principales :
- Assurer le suivi auprès des clients sur les rappels de produits émis par le siège social
- Effectuer les recherches nécessaires pour toutes demandes de crédits des clients
- Demander aux fournisseurs les autorisations des retours des marchandises et compléter les formulaires appropriés
- Assurer la prise en charge des garanties de retour des fournisseurs
Qualifications requises
Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Très bonne connaissance d’Excel et connaissance AS et Access (atout)
- Bilinguisme, français et anglais, car dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à collaborer fréquemment avec des clients à travers le Canada
