The incumbent is responsible for supporting sales teams by contributing to sales performance tracking and compliance requirements through the CRM, updating portfolio assignments, maintaining profitability tools, and producing various analyses for multiple projects and initiatives.

Responsabilités

  • Participate in the development and updating of pricing tools
  • Compile and validate data from various sources to monitor product profitability
  • Perform various tasks to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to meet the needs of different business lines
  • Conduct data analyses to provide insights and recommendations
  • Provide support to the sales force through the maintenance and enhancement of various CRM modules and other related CRM tasks
  • Act as a change agent for pricing and compliance tools with users
  • Perform follow-ups and validations of the PRV process for all sales teams
  • Optimize all reports and dashboards to increase efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing validation processes
  • Document processes, methodologies, and developed solutions to ensure continuity
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions to sales and sales support teams to share best practices

Qualifications

  • University degree in business, with specialization in business intelligence, finance, accounting, economics, or actuarial science
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience related to the role
  • Good knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of a CRM system is an asset
  • Resourcefulness and strong research and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages (French/English)*

*Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
