- Relationship Building & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility, with clear and confident communication abilities (written and verbal).
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy (forecasting, ROI analysis, RGM), and ability to analyze data (scan, shipment, syndicated (i.e. Nielsen). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) and strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives and customer programs.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Thinking: Comfort with data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce TPM) and ability to translate data into compelling stories.
- Strategic Account Management: Proven success in managing national accounts, developing, and executing annual business plans.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)

The expected base salary range for this position is 93,300 $ CA to 116,650 $ CA depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 12% with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
