Tâches
- Managing tenant requests and property operations inquiries.
- Coordinating maintenance, repair, and construction work while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Reviewing operational documents (plans, specifications, contracts, bids) and validating their accuracy.
- Negotiating and analyzing supplier contracts, managing tendering processes (RFPs), and awarding contracts.
- Hiring, supervising, and overseeing technicians and subcontractors.
- Participating in the preparation of operating budgets and capital expenditures (OPEX & CAPEX).
- Monitoring and approving monthly invoices in alignment with established budgets.
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring operational follow-up.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of property performance and long-term asset sustainability.

Exigences du poste
- DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Building Assessment, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property management and construction project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices, building standards, and applicable building codes.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and property management systems (HOPEM, an asset).
- Knowledge of budgeting tools OPEX and CAPEX.
- French fluency (spoken and written). Functional English (approximately 25% of interactions with clients and suppliers).
