Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

About the role
We're looking for a bilingual Communications Advisor I to join our Claims Communications team, located in Quebec (hybrid). In this role, you'll develop and deliver high-impact communications that engage employees, connect the dots across the business, and inspire action. You're someone who thinks strategically, communicates with purpose, and is genuinely excited about where your career can take you.

- Contribute to internal Claims communication projects with curiosity and a strategic lens, understanding the why behind the work, not just executing on tasks.
- Collaborate with your peers to share ideas, challenge thinking and work through solutions together.
- Write, edit and disseminate a variety of internal content including leadership messaging, talking points, intranet articles, newsletters and announcements.
- Help structure and frame communications challenges, integrate insights, and develop content that drives meaningful outcomes.
- Lead and contribute to the strategy and playbook development for town halls and employee engagement activities.
- Use data, feedback and audience insights to identify trends and continuously optimize communications approaches.
- Deliver communications excellence in both English and French.
Exigences
- Degree in communication, marketing or journalism or related field or a combination of education and work experience.
- At least one year of communications experience with a track record of producing polished, independent content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Collaborative and confident, with the ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organized, proactive and execution-focused, with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture.
- Ambitious and growth-oriented, motivated to progress and take on greater responsibility.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
