6+ yrs experience on Kronos 8.1
Experience on production support that includes:
• Experience on working under tight SLAs
• Experience on Incident Resolution Life Cycle
• Experience on Incident Management Tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle vast user base and other IT stakeholders from integrating applications
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner/under the SLA timeline
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to be able to handle multiple production issues in parallel
• Experience on coordination with offshore resources to ensure all production issues are resolved within allowed SLA
• Experience on Kronos to Dayforce Migration is preferred
