Description du poste
Our client is a company specializing in packaging manufacturing. They are seeking a new ERP & Business Intelligence Manager for Business Central to support the evolution of their technology infrastructure and help optimize their business processes.
Your role:
- Provide functional support and guidance to users in various departments regarding the use of technological tools.
- Help optimize processes related to production, procurement, inventory management, and operations planning.
- Make adjustments and customizations to the ERP system to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain features, forms, reports, and interfaces to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and refine dashboards and performance metrics for management teams.
- Collaborate on integration projects between the ERP and various enterprise systems.
- Produce functional and technical documentation related to developments and existing processes.
- Maintain a presence on the ground to fully understand operational needs and support users.
Compétences et qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience with manufacturing ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and optimization of solutions
- Experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data structuring
- Ability to define performance metrics and structure data models
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Self-reliance, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in French and English
