Cette position relève de : Commercial Operations Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time.

Responsabilités
- Plan and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Run MRP/ERP planning cycles and maintain accurate planning parameters.
- Coordinate with US and European factories on production schedules, delivery commitments, and supply risks.
- Track inbound shipments and provide visibility on delivery timelines.
- Analyze distributor inventory and sell‑through to recommend complementary stocking strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards for inventory health, supplier performance, and planning accuracy.
- Support new product introductions and item master data setup.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and inventory performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; Power BI is an asset.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with distributors or channel partners is a plus.
