Description du poste
Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Service, Gestion de l’approvisionnement, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la gestion des achats de biens destinés aux magasins et aux centres de distribution. Vous veillez à maintenir des niveaux d’inventaire optimaux pour soutenir les opérations et rencontrer les objectifs financiers.
Vos responsabilités seront de:
- Placer les commandes d’achats de réapprovisionnement auprès des fournisseurs selon les besoins générés par le système ERP ou les analyses manuelles dans certaines situations.
- Veiller à maintenir les niveaux d’inventaire optimaux afin d’atteindre les objectifs de taux de service tout en respectant les cibles financières (rotations, couvertures et obsolescence).
- Assurer un suivi proactif des commandes fournisseur accusant un retard de livraison et ayant des impacts sur le service client.
- Analyser les rapports d’exceptions permettant de prendre des actions afin de corriger les prévisions de ventes ainsi que certains paramètres du système d’approvisionnement.
- Maintenir à jour les paramètres dans le système d’approvisionnement
- Communiquer efficacement avec les chefs de marché responsables des relations stratégiques avec les fournisseurs afin d’assurer l’alignement sur les enjeux de disponibilité des articles, projets et actions spécifiques aux fournisseurs.
- Maintenir une bonne communication et des relations harmonieuses avec les gérants d’opérations des centres de distribution et des magasins corporatifs

Qualifications requises
Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :
- Diplôme en chaîne d’approvisionnement, en mathématiques, en administration ou dans d’autres domaines pertinents avec minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Excellente communication en français et en anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à collaborer couramment avec des clients internes à travers le Canada.
- Très bonne connaissance d’Excel et des systèmes ERP.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, être autonome et avoir une bonne organisation du travail
