. Partner with regional well-being leads: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships to deeply understand business priorities, local contexts, and specific requirements across geographies, recommending impactful and outcome-driven well-being solutions.
. Drive measurement and analytics: Contribute to the evolution of our global Health & Well-being (H&W) measurement strategy and reporting. Analyze organizational data to uncover trends and correlations, providing clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
. Manage education and training initiatives: In collaboration with Learning & Development, design and deliver customized, high-impact training sessions and workshops tailored for global audiences. Ensure the continuous evolution of the well-being library within CGI Academia, our global learning platform.
. Monitor trends and best practices: Stay abreast of market trends and industry best practices in workplace well-being. Provide strategic recommendations to continuously enhance and evolve CGI's global well-being approach and offerings.
