One of Canada's largest critical power specialists is immediately hiring an experienced Generator Trainer to work out of their office in Terrebonne, QC. As the Trainer, you will oversee the rollout of technical training initiatives across the province for generator technicians with a focus on enhancing technical expertise, promoting continuous learning, and supporting the ongoing growth of technician performance and skills. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering interactive training sessions for employees
- Providing technicians with ongoing support and coaching
- Managing training logistics (i.e. scheduling, room setup, technology requirements)
- Working closely with the Training Team and Support Call Center
- Evaluating effectiveness of training through feedback and assessments and making adjustments accordingly
Exigences du poste de formateur de générateurs
- Bilingual French/English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- DEP Diploma in relevant field
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and combustion engines.
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Ability to travel and work overtime as required
Horaire de travail
WORKING SCHEDULE: Days, Monday -Friday
