In collaboration with the Vice President, Information Technology, the Director, Corporate Solutions is responsible for aligning corporate technology solutions with the business needs of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Procurement, Legal and Communications teams. The person plays a strategic role in the evolution, integration and continuous improvement of corporate platforms, including SAP and UKG.

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal business and IT stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to leaders and executives.
  • Understand, anticipate and translate corporate business needs into efficient, scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
  • Lead, coach and mobilize a high-performing team of functional and technical experts, particularly on SAP FICO, MM and HR‑Payroll modules.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, maintenance and evolution of corporate systems under their responsibility (SAP, UKG and related solutions).
  • Ensure effective user support for the corporate technology platforms.
  • Plan and oversee the delivery of projects within their application portfolio, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
  • Manage budgets related to their activities, including planning, monitoring and preparation of budget presentations.
  • Maintain an active technology watch to recommend innovations and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and business solution partners.

Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science, administration, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience, including relevant experience in management and implementation of ERP solutions, particularly SAP (FICO, MM, HR-Payroll modules) and/or workforce management systems such as UKG. A combination of expertise will be considered.
  • Proven experience managing and developing technical and functional teams.
  • Strong customer and business partner mindset.
  • Excellent communication, influence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and urgencies effectively.
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI solutions (e.g. Copilot).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Oral and written fluency in French and English*
    A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
