Role Name: Bonds Post Trade Support Functional Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite) Job Description: Note: - Language Fluent in English French is a plus - Working from home voluntary basis for up to 2 days per week after 3 months of joining subject to managers discretion Skills Needed - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - MANDATORY Strong understanding of financial markets specifically on US Corporate Bonds - MANDATORY Prior experience working directly with Front Office traders in a highpressure trading environment ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations - MANDATORY Good knowledge of Murex FrontOffice tools on MXIII Pricing Simulation Market Data standard reports Nice to have - Solid knowledge of financial products vanilla including valuation principles and risk sensitivities - Good communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Proactive mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic challenging and time sensitive environment - Experience working offshore is a plus Responsibilities - Provide daily functional support to Fron Office users mainly traders and Sales and ensure clear proactive communication with all stakeholders - Investigate and resolve production incidents in collaboration with other Murex support teams - Perform daily operational checks and ensure the stability of production environments - Work closely with developers to deliver longterm solutions and enhancements that improve system performance and usability - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform quality reduce incidents and streamline user experience - Collaborate efficiently with global support teams in Paris New York HongKong and Bangalore to ensure seamless followthesun coverage - Deliver user training sessions and produce clear documentation for end users - Other Information
