Technician – RMA & Repair

We are looking for a hands-on Repair Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and analyze electronic products to ensure top quality and performance. If you enjoy problem-solving and working with electronics, this is a great opportunity. What You’ll Do • Perform failure analysis on returned (RMA) and rejected units • Diagnose and repair PCBs (SMD & through-hole soldering) • Test products using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes • Identify root causes and support quality improvements • Maintain accurate reports and follow safety/ESD procedures What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in electronics repair, testing, or manufacturing • Strong troubleshooting and soldering skills • Ability to read schematics and technical documents • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset • Fluent in both French & English (required) Nice to Have • IPC standards knowledge (IPC-7711/7721, IPC-A-610) • Experience with Jira, Excel, or Google Sheets • Background in electronics, EV, or manufacturing
