Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain reusable web components aligned with the organization’s Design System. - Work closely with UX/UI designers to transform mockups into functional components. - Document components in Storybook. - Implement unit and visual testing to ensure robustness and maintainability of components. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in Web Components and Design Systems. - Good knowledge of web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.2 Level AA. - Experience with StencilJS and/or React frameworks. - Proficiency in modern front-end development tools and languages: - JavaScript (ES6+) - CSS/SASS - NPM - Git. Requirements: Profile Sought - Strong sensitivity to user experience, visual consistency, and accessibility. - Collaborative approach when working with design teams. - Ability to work in a diverse application environment. - Strong focus on code quality, documentation, and maintainability
