The Global Market Data Services team supports critical financial operations across Brokerage, Commissions & Executions (BCE), market data, and technology. We are seeking two Financial Analysts to join our Montreal-based team, supporting high-volume invoice reconciliation, validation, and processing activities tied to trading operations across multiple lines of business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, analysis)
- Solid understanding of financial concepts (P&L, A/R, A/P, invoicing)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data under tight timelines
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) – English required
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Coupa (SmartProcure) or similar procurement tools
- Exposure to Market Data Management systems (e.g., MDM/Calero)
- Prior experience in banking, capital markets, or financial services
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and log invoices within internal systems (e.g., MDM Calero)
- Perform detailed invoice reconciliation and validation
- Partner with Lines of Business (LOB) and stakeholders to confirm billing details and approvals
- Process invoices through Coupa (SmartProcure) for payment
