Job Title: Quality Conformance Specialist
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: April - Dec 26 (Strong possibility of Extension)
Location: Mirabel, Quebec- 3 days on site per week
Must haves:
- 3–5+ years in aerospace/aviation/defense/automotive manufacturing
- Strong experience in non-conformance management & RCA
- Hands-on exposure to shop-floor / production environments
- Experience with quality audits & compliance
- Knowledge of AS9100 / EN9100 / ISO 9001 standards
- Expertise in 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing & FMEA
- French – Mandatory (oral & written)
- English – Fluent
