Your Contribution:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Benefits, Well-being and Disability Management, you will act as a technical lead, providing the specialized insights needed to design, implement, and optimize our comprehensive benefits, disability and well-being projects and programs.
We are seeking a talented and driven professional who is eager to make a tangible difference.
Key Focus Areas:
Support the implementation of benefits plan changes, including the communication strategy and planning;
Participate in disability management process updates and changes including the communication plan to employees and internal teams;
Triage service requests: provide first-line support to employee, manager, and HR Business Partner requests and questions pertaining to benefits, well-being and disability;
Contribute and Support ongoing projects, including presentations related to Benefits, Well-being and Disability Management;
Manage and Support well-being communications and initiatives scheduled for the year.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Actuarial math, or a related field;
7 years experience in benefits, well-being and/or disability management administration or consulting;
Experience with Workday is an asset;
Bilingualism (English and French) is required;
A curious, solutions-focused mindset with a dedication to continuous improvement;
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests with excellent organizational skills;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Proven client service or customer service experience;
Strong ability to use Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Demonstrated experience in well-being and disability management programs;
Experience working in a unionized environment as an HR professional (an asset);
Demonstrated discretion, empathy, and professionalism in handling sensitive information;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
