Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to support the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods, services, and technology in an international environment. In this role, you will be a key partner to internal teams, ensuring strong supplier performance, effective contract management, and smooth collaboration with external vendors.

In this role you will :
  • Manage multiple marketing and production procurement mandates from preparation through contract finalization.
  • Lead contract lifecycle management, including supplier onboarding, invoice approvals, and handoff to internal Behaviour teams.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines while ensuring compliance with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Production, Finance, and Legal) at all stages of supplier partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, overseeing performance, communication, issue resolution, and quality reviews.
  • Support supplier evaluation and sourcing by applying industry standards, managing contracts (NDAs, MNDAs, MSAs, SOWs, renewals), and leveraging market research and insights.
What we're looking for :
  • Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate / 1st cycle – BAC) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence, build partnerships, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, supplier performance management, and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client‑ and user‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
