AI/ML Solutions Consultant - AIRLKLHV

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor and delivery partner for organizations exploring machine learning, generative AI, automation, and data-driven transformation. This role bridges business and technology, helping clients move from AI curiosity to practical, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with a consultative mindset—capable of working with executives to define problems and collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver impactful AI solutions.

• Conduct AI/ML discovery sessions with business, technical, and executive stakeholders
• Assess data readiness, technical maturity, governance, and feasibility of AI initiatives
• Translate business challenges into AI/ML solution concepts, including models, architecture, and data requirements
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to define implementation plans
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks for AI initiatives
• Support proof-of-concepts and pilots, ensuring scalability to production environments
• Educate stakeholders on AI risks, limitations, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Provide ongoing advisory support to ensure solutions align with business outcomes

• Experience in AI/ML consulting, data science consulting, or digital transformation roles
• Strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, RAG, and MLOps
• Proven experience working with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders
• Ability to evaluate and recommend whether problems are suited for AI, analytics, or traditional solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts
• Experience developing roadmaps, solution proposals, and architecture recommendations
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups

• Proven experience in a client-facing AI advisory or solution design role
• Ability to convert broad AI interest into prioritized, executable use cases
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience aligning AI initiatives with measurable business value

• Experience in regulated or complex industries (healthcare, finance, government, utilities)
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of data governance, model governance, and compliance frameworks
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale AI implementations
