Under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager, the Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing and directing comprehensive account coordination activities. This role is crucial for ensuring that all order fulfillment processes align precisely with established company policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

Customer Relations and Territory Sales Collaboration:

Serve as a vital link between the operations team and the Territory Sales Team by actively supporting the sales cycle through the efficient coordination and acquisition of essential documentation and information, including:

  • Facilitating the collection of accurate payment information from sales representatives.
  • Securing necessary Site Survey and Technology documents required for project implementation.
  • Obtaining and validating tax exempt certificates.
  • Managing and confirming all details related to shipping and installation logistics.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance with Demonstration (Demo) paperwork and tracking.
  • Act as an additional primary point of contact for direct customer sales inquiries, enhancing responsiveness and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Excel Intermediate
  • Cross table dynamic
  • English Advanced to assist customers all over Canada.
  • Jovial and Dynamic personality needed
