Senior SAP EWM Functional Consultant – Application Support (AMS, On-Call Rotation) for a complex industrial manufacturing environment

We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM Functional Consultant to support a complex industrial manufacturing environment under a structured AMS (Application Management Services) model.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) support engagement focused on production support, incident resolution, service requests, and minor enhancements within a live S/4HANA environment.

The consultant must be comfortable operating in a ticket-driven environment and participating in an on-call rotation for high-priority (P1/P2) incidents.

Work Mode: Remote

On-Call Requirement: Yes – P1 / P2 Support

Duration - 6 months plus extension

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA EWM
• Manage and resolve:
• Incidents
• Service requests
• Minor enhancements
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues
• Support and optimize:
• Inbound & outbound processing
• Inventory management
• Handling Units (HU)
• Warehouse structure & master data alignment
• Troubleshoot integration issues between EWM and:
• MM
• SD
• PP
• Logistics Execution
• Prepare functional specifications for small enhancements (RICEFW where applicable)
• Work within SLA-driven support processes
• Participate in on-call rotation for P1/P2 incidents
• Collaborate with technical teams for defect resolution and transport management
• Document solutions and support knowledge transfer

Must Haves

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM functional experience
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM
• Experience supporting complex industrial/manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in AMS or managed services delivery models
• Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities
• Deep understanding of integration touchpoints across SAP modules
• Ability to manage workload in a ticket-based environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Must be located in Canada and able to work EST hours
