Sales Administration Coordinator
As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service standards, accurate order management, and smooth coordination between Sales, Logistics, and Accounting.
You will contribute to building a strong and collaborative Sales Admin function that supports our customers and internal teams with professionalism and reliability.
Responsabilités principales
- Review and process sales orders while ensuring deliveries are compliant with internal processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records.
- Issue sales invoices and ensure data accuracy in all transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments in collaboration with Accounting.
- Collect and consolidate information to respond promptly to customer and distributor inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely order status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with Accounting, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash execution.
- Support the continuous improvement of the sales administration process and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies and commercial terms.

Expérience
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or Customer Service Coordinator.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment where cross-functional collaboration is key.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office (especially Excel).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to interact with different departments and customers in a clear and professional way.
- Customer-centric mindset combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated maturity, accountability, and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
Aptitudes
- Team player who contributes to a positive and respectful work environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently when needed.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and order-to-cash process.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
Formation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
