Job Title: AI Developer Location: Montreal, QC (Remote)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with 5 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and building scalable AI-driven applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems.
Principales responsabilités
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for various business use cases.
- Build and optimize NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, preprocessing, training, deployment).
- Work with large datasets and perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Implement and fine-tune models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI models into production systems.
- Work on LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
- Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and product teams for seamless deployment.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and security.
Compétences et qualifications requises
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 5 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory).
- Experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
