Job Title: AI Developer Location: Montreal, QC (Remote)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with 5 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and building scalable AI-driven applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems.

Principales responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for various business use cases.
• Build and optimize NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, preprocessing, training, deployment).
• Work with large datasets and perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Implement and fine-tune models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI models into production systems.
• Work on LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and product teams for seamless deployment.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and security.

Compétences et qualifications requises

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 5 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory).
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
