As Senior Analytics Team Lead, you manage and grow a team of data analysts while driving high‑impact insights for production, marketing, and executive teams.

You combine strong people leadership with strategic thinking, ensuring analytics work is reliable, actionable, and aligned with business priorities. Beyond delivery, you elevate data practices, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and build a culture of continuous improvement, turning data into decisions that shape the future of the game. In this role you will :

  • Lead, mentor, and develop multiple data analysts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational excellence, and structured growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of analytics initiatives, balancing team capacity with evolving business and production needs.
  • Ensure the delivery of high‑quality insights, dashboards, and reports that support decision‑making across production, marketing, live operations, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Analytics Director and cross‑functional partners (product managers, producers, developers, designers) to shape long‑term strategies and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive the evolution of analytics standards, tools, methodologies, and knowledge‑sharing practices across the Data & Research group to enhance team impact and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable processes that support GaaS (Game as a Service) production and live operations across multiple projects.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • A minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience in data.
  • Experience leading and managing data teams
  • Data quality is very important for you and you understand its impact on business;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey creative and technical ideas clearly.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, organize work, and adhere to deadlines.
  • A real understanding of video game production and the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the other professionals involved in production.
