About Sadie
Sadie is transforming how restaurants communicate with guests using AI-powered voice technology. Our platform answers inbound calls 24/7, manages reservations and orders, captures upsell opportunities, and integrates with leading restaurant and POS systems across North America, Europe and Australia.
We’re building the future of restaurant communication, fast, practical, and customer-obsessed, and we’re looking for an in-house designer who can help bring that story to life across every touchpoint.
The Role
As Sadie’s Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating and deploying visual assets across all territories, North America, the UK & Ireland, and Australia. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product to support everything from demand generation and enablement to brand and web initiatives.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s comfortable moving fast, wearing multiple hats, and taking full control of design direction while staying consistent with our branding guidelines.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy marketing and sales assets across multiple regions
- Create assets for digital campaigns, sales enablement, partnerships, and product launches (Adobe and Canva)
- Assist with video edits, including text overlays, light motion, and social-ready formats
- Collaborate on HubSpot implementation and ongoing asset needs (emails, landing pages, workflows)
- Work within (and help evolve) a brand kit, balancing consistency with creativity
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, last-minute changes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B technology design experience
- Experience with UI/UX design, including designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and flows
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus). Comfortable enabling non-designers through Canva templates and comfortable using Powerpoint/google sides to design sales decks and pitch decks
- Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
- Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to self-direct
- Comfortable designing with limited guardrails, you see freedom as a feature, not a bug
- You have a link to a portfolio with examples of your work
- Strong understanding of print production, including preparing files for flyers, event booths, and other physical marketing materials.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Framer (web design and hosting)
- Familiarity with HubSpot (designing for email, landing pages, and CRM-driven workflows)
- Basic motion graphics or social video experience
- Experience supporting multi-region or international brands
Why Sadie
- High impact role with real ownership
- Creative freedom within a growing brand
- Building a product that restaurants genuinely rely on
