Job Description
Bilingual Marketing Copywriter
Creative marketing communications role in the insurance industry focused on developing client-specific benefits communications. Responsible for writing and editing clear marketing materials, coordinating promotional campaigns, and collaborating with corporate clients and internal teams to support member enrolment and engagement in a hybrid Montréal environment.

- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Remote on Monday and Friday.
- On-site Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsabilités
- Write and edit simplified communications to engage employees in their health journey and improve their understanding of benefits plan design, plan administration, and general industry standards.
- Assist with the management of relationships with external clients.
- Attend discovery meetings with clients to analyze their communication requirements.
- Work independently or with marketing peers to determine the best tactics and approaches to meet marketing requirements.
- Develop detailed communications production schedules to ensure materials are delivered on time.
- Engage corporate clients directly and provide ideas on how to communicate benefits messaging effectively to plan members.
- Write, edit, and coordinate the production of marketing and communication materials such as promotional plans, campaigns, emails, posters, postcards, letters, tent cards, and intranet content.
- Support senior members of the team by developing and implementing aspects of complex projects as assigned.
- Manage moderate to high-exposure strategic projects.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to develop communications for cross-functional initiatives.
Exigences
- French and English are required to write, adapt, and revise marketing content, web pages, and communications intended for audiences and internal teams in both languages.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, simple, and effective communications for clients.
- Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate directly with clients and manage expectations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests (up to 30 or more) and prioritize projects effectively.
- Solid knowledge of marketing communications theories and practices combined with a strong marketing background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the most relevant and useful content for the intended audience.
- Ability to understand client employee bases and recommend appropriate communication strategies.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal teams (such as Design Services and Translation) and external vendors.
- Writing experience in marketing or communications environments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is considered an asset.
