Lead Management Coordinator – Financial Services

Administrative opportunity in the insurance and financial services sector focused on lead coordination and data management. The role involves reviewing incoming client requests for financial guidance, routing leads to the appropriate advisors, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, and ensuring timely processing within established service standards.

  • Hourly salary of $21.
  • 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
  • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
  • Remote on Monday and Friday; on-site Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsabilités

  • Review and triage incoming finance-related requests and assign leads to the appropriate advisors or representatives.
  • Route client inquiries seeking financial guidance to the correct team member based on established processes.
  • Manage a shared inbox and ensure timely review, response, and distribution of incoming requests.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent lead records within Salesforce.
  • Retrieve and enter lead information from multiple sources including SharePoint, PowerBI dashboards, email, and internal queues.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure leads are processed within required timelines.
  • Document notes, updates, and relevant details clearly within Salesforce.
  • Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support automation initiatives, including automated email response processes.
  • Resolve escalations, corrections, or issues related to lead routing and assignment.
  • Collaborate with business development partners on operational initiatives and ongoing projects.
  • Guide advisors and agents toward available self-service tools and resources when appropriate.

Exigences

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative support, data coordination, insurance, financial services, or a related environment.
  • Experience managing and distributing incoming leads or client requests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience maintaining and documenting records within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under tight timelines.
  • Experience managing shared inboxes is considered an asset.
  • Exposure to PowerBI dashboards is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of wealth management or financial services environments is considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting advisors, sales teams, or business development teams is considered an asset.
  • Experience identifying process improvements or workflow efficiencies is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French to review client requests, manage shared inbox communications, and accurately document and route leads in both languages.
