Ce que vous ferez dans ce rôle
- Define the monetization strategy with the development team and design an economic model that brings value to the players.
- Balance virtual products, player progression, currencies, sinks and sources.
- Analyze metrics and suggest improvements to the development and live team.
- Suggest improvements to the gameplay loops.
- Create design documents related to the economy that targets to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Exigences
- Experience contributing to at least one successful live game.
- Strong ability to balance complex game economic systems and familiar with Agile production.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel simulations and predictive calculations (analytical competencies and data modeling).
- Continuous analysis of current strategies and ability to propose new ways to optimize/maximize game revenue.
- Experience in supporting soft launches and live operations, with an understanding of monetization, retention, and virality drivers.
