Résumé
- Manage a large scope of finance-related projects.
Responsabilités
- Regulatory Projects: Adapt finance reporting to meet regulatory requirements for the head office.
- Business Projects: Adapt finance systems to handle new products or needs from front office or ALMT, business lines, or functions.
- Internal Finance Projects: Coordinate finance teams to reach internal goals, including organization topics and internal requests from the group or CFO executive committee.
- Digital Projects: Automate and streamline finance processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality delivery of projects.
- Gather and report project costing, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Develop detailed project plans, including documentation, testing, execution protocol, tasks, budgets, timelines, and status metrics.
- Collect and analyze user requirements and business processes.
- Investigate data sources, explain anomalies, identify, and correct them. Build remediation plans.
- Provide team lead with data needed for big-picture decisions.
Exigences
- Experience in business and system analysis in the financial services industry.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of project management processes and workflow.
- Result-oriented with the ability to analyze large data sets and condense findings.
- Good communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
- University degree in Finance/Accounting.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
