Job Title : Power Platform Developer
Experience Level : Level 3
Location : Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)
Requirements Scope : This position is part of a team within the organization that focuses on Low-Code platform automation (primarily Microsoft Power Platform). Growth and adoption of these low-Code platforms are projected to increase over the next two years as the firm transitions from early adopters to a broader user base.
Responsibilities include contributing to initiatives aimed at improving productivity and updating tools and processes related to financial services. The role involves building and designing a platform intended to facilitate transformation within the firm. All components of these Low-Code Platforms are being considered for enhancements.
The position requires an experienced Power Platform DevOps engineer to develop solutions for customers and to create self-service tools. The role demands expertise in both development and infrastructure, along with demonstrated technical leadership and experience implementing solutions within the Low-Code Platforms framework.
Exigences
Must have :
- Experience with Low-Code platforms (primarily power platform) cloud architecture design and application integration / refactoring to work with public cloud
- Strong Low-Code platform development / programming skills
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines and using test driven frameworks
- Experience with Agile and DevOps concepts for Power Platform solutions ALM
- Strong communication and written skills
- Experience creating technical architecture documentation
- Experience of designing systems to scale in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Power Pages, Power Apps (both types), Power Automate, AI Builder and Copilot agents, Power BI integration
- Experience with large scale deployment types, methods, and adoption

- Dynamics365 or Power Platform Training / Certification
- Power platform Security model and access provision
- Dataverse Management
- Dataverse schema design
- Demonstrated experience within an Agile / DevOps environment oREST APIs using custom connector or HTTP connector using OAuthoCopilot StudiooCreate application with custom security roles following least privilege
- Appreciation and experience of security, legal and regulatory / compliance controls required to move data into a cloud service, preferably from the finance sector
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to switch between strategy and detail
