Our valued client is looking for Intermediate Scrum Masters to coordinate with stakeholders and run sprints, ceremonies, etc. for data migration and sustainment initiatives
Tasks include :
Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
Facilitate Agile / Scrum Ceremonies and lead / organize team meetings focused on planning, progress updates, reviews, and retrospectives
Remove Impediments, identifying and removing any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress
As priorities change, support re-prioritization efforts, coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, etc.
Work on 2-week sprint basis, overseeing and understanding objectives to make sure work is completed and obstacles are removed
Split time between a team responsible for sustainment and small enhancements to legacy data environment (on premise) and migration to cloud environment
Must have :
Eligible for reliability clearance
7 years' experience as a Project Manager and / or Scrum Master , with recent experience as a Scrum Master
Prior experience working on Database teams / projects
Jira or Azure DevOps
Nice to have :
Project Planning using MS Project
Experience supporting the decommission of data marts, and supporting a move to cloud solutions (eg : Azure, Databricks, PowerBi, etc.)
