VB6 / VB.Net developer

Salary: $64,014 - 111,454 per year

• Over 3 years of experience in VB6 development.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including stored procedures and functions using ADO in a client-server context.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A keen interest and eagerness to learn both legacy and new technologies.

• Collaborate closely with QA, Product Management, and Design teams to implement new functions, enhancements, and custom solutions for clients.
• Maintain and enhance existing software components built in VB6 and VB.NET.
• Produce and manage reports using Crystal Reports.
• Gather and refine user requirements through stakeholder collaboration, documenting the process accordingly.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on newly developed features.
• Engage in occasional travel to client locations (international trips may be required).
