Job Description

Role Overview:

At the heart of our Digital Marketing and Growth team, as a Manager, Revenue Management, you will be the true conductor of our financial and commercial health. Your mission? To transform raw data into strategic decisions.

As a strategic partner to Executive Leadership, you will bridge the gap between performance marketing, finance, and technology operations. Your impact is direct and measurable: you ensure that every growth initiative is not only ambitious but, above all, profitable. By leading a team of analysts, you will instill a culture of precision that allows the company to navigate an ultra-competitive e-commerce market with agility.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Oversight of Performance and Profitability: You will ensure rigorous daily monitoring of KPIs against established targets. Your role is to guarantee perfect alignment between product lifecycles, inventory health, and overall company profitability.

  • Architecture of Promotional Strategy: You will lead the end-to-end strategy for coupons and commercial offers. Collaborating closely with Tech and Merchandising teams, you will design complex promotional roadmaps that drive sales while protecting our margins.

  • Financial Forecasting and Risk Management: In partnership with the Finance department, you will develop short- and long-term revenue forecasting models. You will act as a "radar" for the organization, identifying growth opportunities and proactively flagging potential risks.

  • Strategic Advisory to the Executive Team: You will lead performance reviews with senior management. More than just a presenter of numbers, you are an internal auditor capable of identifying underperforming sectors and proposing concrete, immediate corrective action plans.

  • Leadership and Data Culture: You will manage, train, and inspire a team of growth analysts. Your goal is to develop their technical and analytical skills to permanently anchor a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in revenue management, business strategy, or planning.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.

  • Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Organizational Leadership: Proven ability to lead a major function or department, successfully achieving strategic objectives, managing performance through other leads, and making high-impact resource allocation decisions.

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Ability to select, clean, and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources to diagnose systemic business failures or identify non-obvious root causes, simplifying complex findings for leadership teams.

  • Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling (Excel/Sheets): Independently manage and manipulate complex datasets using pivot tables, array formulas (INDEX/MATCH), and advanced conditional formatting for deep analysis.

  • Financial Management: Expertly develop and manage complex budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses. Provide strategic advice to executives regarding spend management and resource optimization.

  • Communication: Ability to expertly adapt and simplify complex information for any audience (technical or executive). Mastery of high-stakes presentations and negotiations through persuasive eloquence.

  • Retail Mathematics: Use of advanced retail mathematical models to identify margin optimization opportunities (e.g., promotional sensitivity, markdown timing) across multiple product categories.
