Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring dependable Production Associates for a 6-month contract. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are committed to quality and teamwork.
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Montreal, QC
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, and package finished products to meet quality standards
- Follow daily production schedules and meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform basic machine setups and troubleshoot issues
- Complete documentation and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
